  • Flange-base structures are installed on a prepared foundation and anchor-bolt assembly.
  • Source reference: three-person crew and approximately 20 minutes for the cited flange-base example.
  • Actual installation method depends on structure weight, equipment, foundation and site conditions.
  • Connections, flanges, embedded components and equipment are inspected to the facility maintenance schedule.
  • Routine anti-corrosion maintenance typical of metal poles is not required within verified service limits.
